I'm Aimee Day, the person behind Caked&Co. When I established Caked&Co in 2017, I never imagined I would be working for myself and baking so many cakes for so many amazing customers.

I have always baked as a hobby but decided to expand my interest and open my own business after many compliments on cakes I baked for friends and family. Since then, I have been able to do what I love every day, creating customised cakes for birthdays, weddings, corporate events and other celebrations.
