FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Where do I store my cake after collection?
Once you've collected your cake or cupcakes we advise you to store them in the fridge and take them out up to an hour before consuming.
  • How long can my cake or cupcakes be kept for?
Cakes will stay fresh for up to 5 days. Cupcakes will stay fresh for up to 2-3 days.
  • How do I order?
Bespoke orders can be made using my enquiry form. Please allow 24-48 hours for a reply. We also have a range of 'buy it now' cakes and cupcakes in our site shop which can be purchased immediately.
  • Do I have to collect my order in person?
No. Orders can be collected on your behalf. Please make sure we are told in advance if this is the case. We also offer delivery at an extra cost. If you'd prefer delivery for your order please include this in your enquiry.
  • Are you cakes suitable for people with nut allergies?
We do not use nuts as an ingredient in the manufacturing prossess unless requested - for example, topping including nuts such as Ferrero Rocher's. For this reason we cannot guarantee 100% nut free cakes.
  • My event has been cancelled. If I cancel my cake order will I get a refund?
All orders require a non-refundable deposit. If for any reason your event is cancelled or you no longer need the cake, we can offer a credit note which you can use on a future order within 12 months.
  • Do you make cakes other than ones with buttercream?
Unfortunately not. We specialise in buttercream cakes and cupcakes only. We do not offer fondant or fresh cream cakes.
  • How do I transport my cakes?
We advise to place your cakes in your passenger footwell or boot of your car. We do not encourage putting the cakes on your seats as it will encourage your cake to lean and potentially collapse. After collection we are not responsible for any damages. Go directly to your cakes final destination. All of my cakes are made with buttercream which have a tendicy to melt if left in warm temperatures so we suggest to travel in cool conditions.
  • Can you do bulk orders?

Please note bulk orders will need to be paid 50% upfront non-refundable deposit. Please contact us using the enquiry form if this is something you are looking for.
